Where there is no national prescription network, the paper is the system. A pharmacist late in the evening has to decide whether a printed prescription is genuine, and a busy doctor needs to write one in seconds with a dose that cannot be misread.

Each prescription saves a snapshot of doctor and patient details, records an audit event, and carries a QR code that opens a public verification page.
Prints that work at any counter
A4 and thermal-printer layouts (80 mm and 58 mm), with a bilingual letterhead.
A catalog that stays current
Weekly scheduled jobs sync the medicine catalog from the national drug registry, along with a list of lab tests.
