CRO results to accepted records
One partner, one assay family, one destination. Identifiers, units and qualifiers stay with every value, and corrections reopen review instead of overwriting history. Read the guide
CRO deliveries, scientist-built apps, ELN and LIMS handoffs, pipelines and AI review. We take one workflow from a free call to an accepted, documented release, using the platforms you already own.
Each starts small: one partner, app, handoff, pipeline or document type. Every guide shows the acceptance tests we would agree with you.

Streamlit or Shiny apps with project permissions, runs that survive a refresh, tested recovery and a named operator. Read the guide
ELN requests and LIMS tasks with one owner per field, retries that never create duplicates and reconciliation for anything events miss. Read the guide
Pinned versions, reconciled outputs and proven resume for an approved pipeline, so it no longer depends on one person. Read the guide

Discovery has a fixed price agreed before we start. The pilot scope and estimate come from what discovery measures.
Describe one workflow in a few lines. We reply within 1 business day.
We map the workflow, measure today’s effort, check your native tools and write the acceptance tests and pilot estimate.
One partner, app, handoff, pipeline or document type taken to accepted results in your environment.
Tests, runbook and documentation, rehearsed until your operator recovers a failure without us.
We check what Benchling, your LIMS, your pipeline engine or your hosting already covers, and recommend configuration when it solves the problem.
Your scientists approve methods and acceptance, and your quality team decides what regulated use requires. We build, test and document around those decisions.
Every release ends with someone other than its author deploying, recovering a failed run and rolling back, using the runbook we hand over.
Our commitments on NDAs, access, AI services and project data are in how we handle your data.
Your quality team decides what applies to the intended use; early discovery work is usually outside GxP. When a workflow touches regulated records, we work to the requirements your quality function sets and provide the test evidence, change history and documentation they ask for. We do not certify compliance.
Yes. The first call needs no data. Discovery can use redacted or synthetic examples, and confidential files wait for an NDA or your approved access process.
You may not. We check what your platforms already cover and recommend configuration when it solves the problem. We build only the workflow that remains, and we say so when nothing does.
No. We change the software around an approved method: access, runs, records, recovery and handover. A method change is a separate decision for your scientists.
Discovery is a fixed price agreed before we start. The pilot estimate comes out of discovery, from what we measured, so you are never pricing a vague complaint.
