How we handle your data
Biotech and language-service projects involve confidential results, files and systems. These are the commitments we make on every project. Where your own policies ask for more, we follow your policies.
Before you share anything
The first call needs no data. We sign your NDA, or provide ours, before you share confidential material. Discovery can start from redacted, synthetic or sample files.
Where the work happens
We prefer to work inside your environment: your cloud accounts, repositories and test systems, with access you grant and can revoke at any time. If work has to happen in our environment, we agree in writing what data we hold, where it is stored and for how long before you send it.
Who can see it
Only the engineers named on your project get access, each with an individual account and only the permissions the task needs. We never share logins, and we remove our access when the work ends.
AI and third-party services
We never use your data to train AI models. If a workflow needs a third-party AI or cloud service, we name the provider and its data terms and get your approval before any of your data reaches it. Where you prefer, we use your own accounts and API keys, so the data stays under your contracts.
Regulated work
Your quality team decides what applies to the intended use, including any GxP requirements. We work to the requirements they set and provide the test evidence, change history and documentation they ask for. We do not certify compliance.
When the project ends
We hand over code, configuration and documentation, then return or delete project data as you instruct and confirm it in writing.
